Camper Christmas Special

I recently shared with you our cozy Christmas past in the Blue Abode. You can read it here, “Our Cozy Memories from Christmas Past”. I shared our struggle this year with getting into the Christmas spirit & how it just feels a bit different. Soon after I was able to “testify” our tiny home & it changed the game a bit. With keeping both minimal & budget friendly concepts in mind, we were able to fill this space up with Christmas cheer.

Using What we Had & Keeping Little Storage

It was so important that this year we made Christmas feel like a cheerful time alongside putting the stress & busyness away as much as possible. No need to constantly feel the pressure to make our homes overflow with Christmas decor to make it feel right. What a special time we had in our tiny home for our first Christmas in this lifestyle. So simple & delicate just as we had hoped for.

We were able to use these items along with some twinkle lights to create a full spread of Christmas cheer. Adding only a couple bottle brush trees & new pillow covers to the mix, our holiday decor sprinkled through out the entire camper with very little to pack up & put in storage after.

Keeping a Low Budget While Decorating for Christmas

Another thing we wanted to keep low this Christmas was the budget. This whole experience is to save money & live simple. As stated before, we only bought a handful of lights & pillow covers to create a more cozy feel. Our only other touch was adding a few FREE branches we found at Lowes. This was a game changer & something I want to do every Christmas to come!
