Favorite Finds Baby Gifts We Received

The blessings poured in as we shared the news & celebrated our baby joining this world. We were gifted so many amazing things that have made learning life as parents much easier. I have truly used ever single thing we were gifted. Although they are all my favorites, these items came to mind quick as things that were recommended to me that I had no clue about or more unique items that might solve some problems others had just like us. I can see myself putting a few of these guides together though because it is all so, so good.

You can find these sources by hovering over what catches your eye, read my little descriptions below or keep scrolling for a little look book of it all.

Waffle Knit Blanketthis blanket was gifted to us by my friend that knows all the best things. I promise, half the things I will ever recommend probably was recommended to me by her. Always need a friend like that, am I right? This blanket has been our go to for all the naps & night time swaddles. Plenty big to be cozy for our little one, heck I even take it for myself sometimes. We are even loving it for our summer baby, just wait until that temp drops.

Portable Sound MachineWe are using the Hatch for our main bedroom sound machine, but this portable one might be better for us in this stage of life. He LOVES it. I know some kids love the car & some just don’t, but I contribute a lot of the love he has for the ride to this machine. Naps that aren’t at home or on our main level of the house have been made possible thanks to this guy.

Stroller FanTo no surprise, this is a popular one. I love this fan for our summer baby to give me peace of mind that our little man isn’t overheating. Pool days, park walks or even those few minutes before the car cools does is much nicer with this gadget. The three movable, bendy prongs make it useable basically anywhere.

Snuggle Me LoungerThis. I want one for each floor of our house. Right now we move it up & down stairs, use it on the floor, couch, bed, wherever we want to lay him safety. Granted, he will grow out of this & the safety of it when he is rolling over & such, but for these first couple of months we are loving this cozy find. You can purchase covers for it as well & they wash very nicely!

Baby BouncerJust now getting into this one, but so so good. It is portable so moving it up & down has been helpful. From sitting in the bathroom while I quick shower or sitting on the counter as I bake, it is nice having this little buddy with me busy bouncing around. We brought it camping, too! Love this one & the cheaper price compared to the competition.

Diaper BagThis diaper bag is a favorite! It is the Fawn Dupe (I didn’t know that at first haha) but it is a great size for us right now. I will say that if you are a pumper or having multiples in diapers, it may be on the smaller side for you. For us now, though, it has been great.

Copper Pearl Nursing & Carseat CoverOnce again, my friends recommendation! This helped as I was learning to nurse in public. The flowy or blanket method for covering was hard for me as a beginner, so this was great! Nice to have it as a car seat cover too, so keeping it in the diaper bag had multiple purposes.

Pacifier Holder Teddy BearThis cutie of a gift was so sweet. It looks around your pacifier to give your little one a tiny soft buddy that also helps the pacifier from falling around, too!

Mam PacifiersThe amount of pacifiers out there is crazy & I know every kid will not take one or take a different one. But to add my two cents, these are the ones (yes the biggest size) that Gent has loved from the beginning. He will take others but not as long as he takes these.

Burp Cloth PackHaving a babe with reflux, I underestimated my need for these. I love these color choices, the amount in the pack & the size of them. I have some bigger & smaller ones that I like too, but these would be my favorite.

Diaper CaddyHaving two floors, his room being on the second one with the diaper changing station, it has been great having a nice looking carrier in our living room for the quick day time changes. We tuck it into our cabinet when not in use & it has been super helpful to stay organized & ready. Camping & weekend trips having been better with this too!

Waffle Knit MamaRoo CoverServing the purpose to be visually appealing & easy washes for those blow outs & spit ups. I am so glad I ended up getting this cover that was on my registry because we wash it on the daily. This is keeping our swing in tip top shape so that we can have it for all the babes & also (let’s be honest) keeping it nice to sell it in the future when we no longer need it.

Rib-Knit Play & Sleep FootiesGo in store!! Online doesn’t have all the color options, but these rib-knit footies are my FAVORITE. I buy every color in every size he has been in. They have bright colors & neutrals & I love them all. They make great pajamas with footies & even hand covers, but most of all because the stretch & double zipper (on most colors) makes diaper changes so so easy. The material also makes them nice for day time use, too! Not to mention they are only $8!

Portable Changing Pad The last & final & favorite recommendation from my friend yet, this diaper changing pad! It is the NICEST material, feels fancy yet cleans off 100x better than the changing pad that came with our diaper bag. I was shocked at how well it cleaned with just a baby wipe. It folds nicely for easy storage, is a bit bigger & thicker so I know it is cozy for our growing boy & frankly just looks nice. It has been a nice addition to our main floor make shift diaper changing station.
